How to balance busy life and health Without time management

Rich people also have busy schedule yet they know the importance of Health and take a moment for their health. I agree, they have more control over there schedule and can manage it with more flexibility

Being fit and happy is not what comes from having enough money and stress-free work. It necessarily comes from you giving time for it.

For we who are more extraordinary people working nine to five. who work remotely. Other than walking and talking with loved ones, we don't see anything as act healthy life.

We think it's the easiest way to be healthy without putting extra time for it.

By the way, it is more healthy to have good relationships. But not everyone wants that fat belly or tired body to work or angry mind when you are with your child

Every wife wants her husband to have a smile on his face when he comes back home. Same as

"I do wanna exercises but I'm too tired because of my busy day" says my neighbour. We call him uncle Madan.

Many have this same question when they want to be healthy and fit but want some easy and simple solution than they hear from everyone.

That is,

-do walks at least 15 minutes

-meditate

-make time for workout

-and much more

These solutions are great but people are too lazy.

See exercise is part of life. All actions we do in daily life are some sort of exercise.

But that isn't enough to be fit or to be in shape or to build muscles. That actions are only as enough to keep us healthy as an apple a day.

We all have different goals and intentions about healthy life. Therefore I've divide the solutions in different parts for different busy professionals.

Main difference between them is of time. Amount of time and amount of energy that they can put in to do exercise.

#1 People who work 7-9 hours a day

These people have enough time to do exercise but they might be tired of their hectic schedule.

#2 People who work more than 12 hours a day

These people can barely take out 30 minutes for their health because they also want to give time to their family and relationships.

I've more simple and straightforward solutions

They are like

One for physical fitness

One for better sleep

One for mental wellbeing

-Clutter free workspace

Clutter free workspace makes you focus straight forward to work. But remember, working distractionless is in your hand.

#2 Physical fitness

-HIIT 20 minutes workout. More about it.

#3 Better sleep

-Move out get more sunlight

Wakefulness starts immediately when you get sun light in the morning.

#4 Mental wellbeing

-Quality social connection

Good relationships just don’t protect our body they protect our brains too — said Robert Waldinger.
